We already know

Never bother to say you’ll sleep on anything. In the first place, you won’t sleep; and in the second place, you’ve already agreed in your heart to do whatever it is you were supposed to sleep on.

Gail Godwin

Oh no don’t get me wrong; caution always has its place but too often we recognise the essentiality of matters calling us towards it- we know it is a safe bed of our purest joys manifest, a leap in the soul, and yet- still we hesitate. And a thousand buts and ifs settle in their naturalised place. That’s caution earmarked at an inconvenient stage. Perhaps habitualised. Consider beforehand your bets and the drive after becomes intuitive.

Sort of like jim carrey/ danny wallace righting himself as he says yes to life.
